We designed Park Bulvar for MEPF’s subsidiary, Baku Plaza Ltd, on Baku Boulevard, downtown Baku, Azerbaijan and incorporates architectural attributes of the East and modern art of the West. The mall includes 100 shops, a supermarket, multiplex, restaurants and other leisure activities. The centre is served by a parking area for 550 cars.
The building was constructed under D&B by Baku Plaza Ltd for GBP 30 million on the 7,500 sq m site. Designed in 2007/08, Ian Little was part of the design and retail strategy team for Park Bulvar when part of Burrows Cave International.
Ian provided full retail planning, architectural and ID scheme design and design development for the client, MEPF and their local architectural team to prepare final construction drawings.
